About me
Erika Keaton, obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University, in Business Management and Master of Arts from Adler Graduate School, Minnetonka, MN is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC. Erika has over thirty years of experience working with a diverse population of people. She has training in de-escalation and customer service. As well as over 7 years of experience in mental health counseling and mediation.
What is your Mediation fee?
Infinite Balance (IB) charges a competitive fee of $300 per hour. Typically number of sessions range from 4-20, depending on the needs and complexity of the situation. Service fees held in escrow account prior to services, and paid to the provider once services have been initiated. The Fee is split between both parties and must be paid in advance.
Is my attorney allowed?
Yes, if both parties are represented by counsel, then both attorney's must be present at mediation. Conversely, if one party is represented by an attorney and the other party does not have an attorney, then No, attorney's are not permitted in mediations.
Are meetings in-person or virtual?
Meetings are held virtually, via Zoom and are confidential.
What are forms of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal, credit cards or cash (Venmo, Zelle or money order). NO CHECKS.
What if we don't reach an agreement, can I get a refund?
No refunds provided after services are rendered, regardless if a final agreement has been reached. Our goal at IB is reach an agreement, however, due to unknown factors, sometimes that is not always possible.
Fees for other Services?
Fees will vary depending on service rendered; therapy, coaching or parenting evaluation. Please contact office for more details.​
